In some cases after EZS programming in Mercedes it is required to remove fuse or disconnect battery.

Activatnion file is corrupted

Save all data from SDHC card (copy to PC),
Format SDHC card (FAT32),
Upload activation file again onto SDHC card

If after uploading the activation programs are still not active in DP4 you need to

1. Check whether the machine's serial number matches the number in the file name activation
2. Check whether the activation file has a name in the format [No. DP4] .dpp for example. 123456.dpp
3. Check if this is the LAST latest activation file
4. Check whether the activation file has been copied to the main catalog of the memory card
5. Check whether the activation file has been deleted after you reset the device - if so, this means that activation has been uploaded
6. Check whether at the reset device displays any message
