AVDI for Fiat/Lancia/Alfa/FCA is an advanced diagnostic software application designed to work together with the AVDI Vehicle Diagnostic Interface to perform basic and advanced diagnostics in Fiat, Lancia and Alfa vehicles. It provides full module identification for the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles vehicles as well, it allows diagnostic trouble code reading and clearing, also the ability to perform actuator tests in order to determine the cause of an electrical or mechanical fault. The diagnostic functions provided allow it to be on par with OEM diagnostic equipment while applying the intuitive and simplistic approach typical for the AVDI diagnostic software. AVDI diagnostics software allows the user to work with almost 100% of the vehicles by Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia and models from the FCA Group (Fiat, Alfa, Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep including models built after 2013).

It is very important to note that the software covers vehicles from the full range of the FCA automotive group. This includes not just FIAT vehicles but also all American brands under the FCA name - Dodge, Chysler, Jeep. We provide support for all these cars up to 2018.

Commander for Ford/Mazda 

The AVDI for Ford/Mazda is a diagnostic software application, used together with AVDI (Abrites Vehicle Diangnostics Interface), that allows the user to perform standard and advanced diagnostics for Ford and Mazda vehicles.

GENERAL DIAGNOSTICS

Standard diagnostics include functions such as reading, identification and clearing of diagnostic trouble codes, module identification, extended module identification, service interval reset, actuator tests and many others.

The above described functions are standard features of the Abrites diagnostics for Ford/Mazda. They allow the user to determine the cause of an issue as well as provide assistance in repairing problems with the vehicles.

The advanced diagnostic functionality of the Abrites diagnostics for Ford/Mazda allows the user to perform key learning, module exchange and cluster calibration using new and used parts in a quick and comprehensible manner. The list of supported models is constantly being updated and currently includes almost every model.

The software is quick, easy and agile, and by being such it manages to exceed the user's expectations and provide a diagnostic level higher than the main dealer tools every time.

• VID (Vehicle Identification) - When looking at the European Ford Motor Company models built before and around 2005 we can see that most of the vehicle equipment configuration is stored in the engine control unit under VID. These configurations contain optional vehicle equipment such as electric windows, central locking, high-end audio systems, cruise control and others.
  The VID is used in the US market Ford vehicles, in some cases even with the later models. Using this function you can perform upgrades to the vehicles. For example you could upgrade a car with no cruise control to accommodate this option and accept it as if it was built in from the factory
• CCC (Central Car Configuration) - In many vehicles built after 2005, mostly European specification ones, the above mentioned VID receives an update - the philosophy behind it has changed.
  The more modern system receives the name CCC and performs a similar task in a much more optimized manner. You can perform upgrades and downgrades to the vehicle specification and add or remove optional components in such a way, that this does not affect the vehicle's performance in any way. A noteworthy fact is that the CCC is now contained in the Body Control Module, rather than the Engine Control Unit

GENERAL DIAGNOSTICS

The Abrites Diagnostics for Renault/Dacia is an extremely capable tool comparable in functionality to the original testers offered by manufacturers. Every unit has the same set of actuators and live data options that is provided by the official software but the information is presented in a much more convenient and understandable way allowing the user to quickly see the data they require in order to solve the problem at hand. Furthermore, the user can observe various parameters simultaneously (either numerically or graphically) without limitations to the number of parameters.

Below, you will be able to find a list of some of the most important and commonly used features of the Abrites Diagnostics for Renault/Dacia (online software):

. Module identification - an extremely important and powerful tool while performing basic diagnostics. The Abrites Diagnostics for Renault/Dacia performs the module identification automatically after choosing the vehicle model
. Reading and clearing of diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) - this includes complete information about the errors in the module as per the available data as well as the ability to clear it (necessary after the fault has been eradicated).
. Display of actual values - this allows the user to monitor all available parameters reported by the vehicle's sensors hence giving the user the ability to provide a more accurate diagnostic procedure. ELECTRONIC MODULE PROGRAMMING

This function has been specifically developed to aid our customers when they are having problems with reflashing a certain module or want to transfer the configuration data from one module to another (e.g. instrument cluster). It is dedicated to:

• Reading/writing FLASH - used to recover a module if there has been a problem while reflashing. The software DOES NOT begin reflashing procedure before creating a backup of the current flash in the module. (This is saved on the customer's computer)
• Reading/writing ConfData - used to transfer configuration data and/or coding from one module to another. The most common case the procedure is used is when a customer has to exchange a faulty instrument cluster

The key programming special function allows users to read the PIN code and subsequently program a key to the vehicle. The users can program both key cards and metal-cut keys and can program keys even in ALL KEYS LOST situations. The software also visualizes information about the keys currently programmed in the vehicle. The following models are supported for key learning:

Instrument cluster recalibration

This special function allows the user to recalibrate the mileage in all relevant modules. For some models you can disable the dashboard synchronization with the ABS, recalibrate the mileage in the ABS or reset it to 0. These options are described in the supported models section.

AVDI Diagnostics for Chrysler/ Dodge/ Jeep is a diagnostic software application designed to work together with AVDI in order to perform basic and advanced diagnostics on Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles.

N.B.Since the introduction of the AVDI diagnostics for FCA the functionality of the AVDI diagnostics for Chrysler/ Dodge/ JEEP has been transfered to it also.

GENERAL DIAGNOSTICS

In terms of basic diagnostics, the ABRITES Diagnostics for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep can connect to the devices using KWP2000, CAN and UDS over ISO transport protocol (CAN); The software allows reading and clearing of diagnostic trouble codes, module identification, extended ID, module detection, live data monitoring, testing and many other features available exclusively though our software.
